This piece of luggage is very versatile. It can be converted from a full size carry-on to a wheeled tote by just using a couple of zippers. So whether you need more space in your bag on your return trip, or if you just need a little room for that weekend trip, this bag can accomodate you. This bag increases in size by more than 60% in carrying capacity when fully expanded..

"this piece of luggage is a wonderful size and versatile. Start out small, and have the ability to add things as you travel. the handle seems sturdy and the wheels are like little tires--not whimpy wheels. i would recommend this to anyone. we have ordered another. Luggage base gives a great discount. "

"The Eagle Creek EC Adventure Pop Top Wheeled Carry-On opens from the top (and front + separate front pocket with dividers) and holds LOTS! The extension can be used without extending as a last minute stuffing of foldable coat, umbrella, etc.. The extension can be less than filled to still qualify as 20" international carry-on as it is soft-sided and flexible. It is a full rectangle and holds Eagle Creek Pack-it half cubes easily in vertical positions. I ordered this one and the 4-wheeled Pop Top, and preferred this one as it can be opened from the top and it holds more."
