"I ordered the Eagle Creek 22" and 25" Tarmac luggage while luggagebase.com was running a sale on the product, which was a real bargain. The luggage arrived promptly without any damage. The luggage was exactly as described and pictured. I cannot comment on customer service as I did not have to use them since I did not experience any negative issues. I will not hesitate from ordering from Luggage Base in the future. "

"In my work, we are extremely limited to just over 30 lbs, for EVERYTHING on the helicopter flight to the ship off coast of Brazil - so weight is critical. However, rugged durability is important as well. After much research, I chose Tarmac 22. It has the perfect combination of features (pockets, quality zippers, good wheels, sturdy handle) and durability.
It would be perfect if it was a little lighter. However, lighter bags I researched and inspected all appeared to be much less durable - lighter fabric, crappier zippers, un-reinforced corners.
I think the Tarmac 22 is the best choice for wheeled carry-on.
The people at Luggage Base gave excellent service. Bag was well packed, and arrived on time. Price was about 25% less than buying locally. I will buy from them again."

"I purchased this bag as a carry on and happily discovered that it met my expectations and more! The design and features were really useful as I traveled across country. The bag was easy to maneuver in the airport, to the airport and in the airplane. There are numerous grips to help with lifting and moving the luggage. I especially appreciated the coat holder and computer compartment that allowed me to easily walk through the airport and have everything at my fingertips. A well constructed, thoughtfully designed piece of luggage. I am so glad made this purchase!"

"We are fans of Eagle Creek products. My wife bought a 4-wheel 22 from Luggage Base and liked it so I bought the 2-wheel version. I haven't had a chance to travel with it yet, but it seems true to spec. The included packing cube will be useful."
