I bought one of the Travelon adapter & USB charger sets for a 3 week trip to Europe this past fall. It was wonderful; small, ingeniously put together and worked like a charm, keeping my iPod, cell phone and camera batteries all charged and ready to go throughout the trip. My only problem came when I accidently left the plug adapter in the wall socket in one of the hotels we stayed in, so I had to spend some time prowling Paris, looking for a replacement. I emailed the company when I got home, asking if I could just buy the plug adapter to re-complete my set, but it's not available by itself. I have found similar plug adapters, but none of them will fit into the Travelon unit. So, put some kind of a bright-colored tag or a note to yourself on the bathroom mirror so you don't leave yours behind! I've now bought two new ones so I won't be without this invaluable travel tool.

I purchased this adapter/USB charger for a 3 week trip to Europe this past fall. It was wonderful - allowing me to recharge my cell phone and my iPod at the same time. However, at the next-to-last hotel on the trip, I forgot to pull the small two-prong adapter piece out of the outlet when I packed up my cell phone and it was left behind. I have tried numerous places to find just that part, and I have succeeded in finding several, but none will fit into the nice, compact structure of the Travelon unit. So, my advice is to put a tag on the thing you expect to charge that says DON"T FORGET THE ADAPTER in big red letters!
