I travel several times a month, and this bag is absolutely great. What is even better is the experience I had with Luggagebase.com. Their customer service staff is knowledgeable and responsive. This has been a good experience all the way around.

The Delsey Helium Pro H-Lite luggage is not only light weight, but quality made, very durable, should hold up and last a long time. Used just once so far, we are very pleased with our purchase of 3 sizes (the 21" Carry-on, 26" Suiter Trolley and 29" Suiter Trolley). LuggageBase.com threw in a nice little Delsey Ballistic Duffel with our order of 2 or more of these suitcases. For the deal price, I don't think we could have bought a better quality luggage set. LuggageBase.com shipped our order very quickly and we would definitely recommend buying from them as they are really great to deal with.

okay carry on but dead TSA lock, Feb 03, 2012

This looks like a good addition to my other delsey helium pieces, but the lock it came with won't re-set and now won't even close. I emailed delsey right after I received the product, but I have yet to get a reply.
