GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRODUCT. TIRED OF TRYING TO KEEP YOU TOTE BAG ON A WHEELED PIECE OF LUGGAGE. TRY THIS ONE. IT STAYS ON WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE AND IT CAN ROLL SIDEWAYS DOWN THE AISLE WITHOUT ANY TUGGING AND BUMPING OTHER PASSENGERS.
