I love Kipling products, I own several and have never once had any problem. In addition to their line being stylish, they are durable, and clean easily. I don't expect anything different with this 24" Las Vegas Expandable Trolley. I "downsized" from my non-Kipling 30" suitcase as the large my suitcase, the more I tended to pack! This 24" is the perfect size, not cumbersome at all. If I have any suggestion at all it would be that all of the compartments could be locked, as only the main one is. Knowing this, I still wanted to purchase it as I just love it, and was not disappointed at all when it arrived. I look forward to taking this perfect-sized trolley on future trips. It matches my black Kipling Europa handbag, laptop tote, and wallet too!
