Bad Balance on this Piece of Luggage

"This luggage is not functional. It tips forward if anything is packed in the piece it falls forward and makes travel miserable. For those of us who bought it we should be able to get a fix with wheels or higher props for the front of this luggage."

"I chose this suitcase based on its weight. It is much lighter than other bags advertised as "lightweight".
I have used it twice as a carry-on and had no problem lifting it into the overhead. "
