  • Most items ship same day.
  • Expedited orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
  • Allow approx. 2-10 business days for shipping (ground UPS).

  • We can ship 2 day, 3 day or overnight (extra charges apply respectively)
  • Most items over $50 ship free FedEx ground and will say so on each product page if applicable. Shipping costs do apply to some luggage sets, specials, and discontinued items if product page does not list free shipping. Shipping costs listed are for FedEx ground to the continuous U.S. states. AK, HI, V.I, PR, and AP,AE, FP, and expedited are extra. Please inquire for rates. If you place your order online, we will send you a follow-up email with shipping cost to these areas for your approval.

  • Does My Package Require a Signature?
    Orders over $150 will require an adult to be present to sign for the package. If your order is less than $150 and there is a safe place to leave your package, the carrier may leave the package if no one is available at time of delivery. This decision is made by your local carrier and LuggageBase cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. We will assist in filing a lost package claim with the carrier.

  • We also accept Money orders and Cashiers checks. Please note that merchandise will be sent after receipt of Money orders or Cashiers checks. No refunds will be issued on money orders or cashiers checks. Instead, LuggageBase will issue a store credit so that you may exchange or purchase a different item. No personal checks please.
