How long will shipping take to a military address?  Military addresses FPO,APO & DPO will take approximately 3-6 weeks for delivery. In some cases packages may be delivered sooner. We ask that you be patient since these packages go through a rigorous screening process.

Will my package require a signature?   Orders that are over $150.00 will require a signature. Fed Ex will leave a door tag at your door if they miss you. They will make three delivery attempts after which the package will be redirected back to us if they cannot obtain a signature from you.

What does it mean if the status of my order says pending?  This could mean one of two things; either we are waiting for a tracking number from the warehouse and therefore the order is pending until we receive it. The other reason would be if we are waiting to hear back from you regarding an issue with your order. If this is the case an email is generally sent beforehand explaining the issue at hand.

How long before I receive a tracking number?    Please allow 2-3 business days to receive a tracking number. We will automatically email it to you when it becomes available.

How long does it take to get a refund for a return?   Your card will be credited within 3-4 business days after Luggagebase has received and processed your return item.  Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Money orders and Cashiers Checks will receive a store credit for exchange only. No refunds.  

Why am I not able to get the shipping cost for delivery to HI,AK,PR,APO,FPO online?Unfortunately our online shipping calculator cannot calculate shipping cost to HI,AK,PR,APO or FPO addresses at the moment. There are two ways of obtaining the shipping cost. You could either place the order online and a customer service representative will email you within 24 hours of receiving the order. Keep in mind if you place the order over the weekend you will receive an email on the first available business day. The other option is to call us to receive a quote over the phone.

Misdeliveries? Refused Orders?  If a package is misdelivered either because you provided the wrong address or were unable to accept it for any reason(this includes a package returned back to us because of a non-signature) you will be subject to a 20.00 non refundable charge. Any order that gets refused or cannot be delivered for any reason to AK,PR,HI,APO,FPO or EPO will incur a $40.00 non-refundable charge. Original shipping charges are non refundable as well.
