Hassle-Free Returns

LuggageBase wants every customer to be 100% satisfied. To help secure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on unused* merchandise If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, simply use the Pre-Paid Return Label that is included with your order, and ship it back to us. We will deduct a flat fee of $15 per package from your refund to help cover return postage. That 's it! ** (See Holiday Returns)


*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them. Used products are non-refundable. Luggage Base has the right to refuse products that are returned to us after 30 days from original delivery date or items received in used condition. Any orders refused or undeliverable for any reason will be subject to a $20.00 per package charge which is non-refundable.

**Hassle-Free Returns offer not available on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and AE, AP. Hassle-Free Returns offer also not available on orders of 10 or more items.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Hassle-Free Returns pre-paid labels.

Return Instructions:

  • Include a copy of your order receipt and indicate the reason for the return.
  • We do not require a RMA.
  • You will be provided with a pre-paid FedEx label to return the purchase to us.
  • Place the pre-paid return label over the original shipping label on the bag/box.
  • Drop off the package at any FedEx Facility. ( for the nearest FedEx drop off location call 1-800-463-3339 or visit fedex.com)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus the $15.00 (per package) to cover the return postage.

LuggageBase cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our return policy. LuggageBase has the right to discontinue Hassle-Free Returns policy at any time.
 

Holiday Return Policy  Holiday orders placed after November 1 will be accepted through January 10 of the following year.

 
Exchanges: For exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return following the return procedure above and simply place a new order for the desired product(s) to enable the most timely receipt of your new item(s).
 

Credit Card Fraud:  We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of our card holders and ourselves, orders with a shipping address different from the billing address may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order.  Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. It is imperative for our customers to provide the best contact daytime phone number in order to not slow down this process. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time period, the order may be canceled at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped if we suspect fraud.

Expedited Shipping:  Any expedited order placed after 1pm (PST) on any weekday will be processed on the next business day. Any order placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. If you place an order for overnight delivery on a Thursday night it will go out on Friday and the expected arrival date would be for Monday. You do not count the day you place the order or the day it ships as a transit day.

Defective Items:  Any defective item(s) must be returned unused within 30 days of order date. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item when it arrives to check for defects. All used items requiring repairs must be handled through the manufacturer if defective. If your item arrives with a defect, you may be asked to provide pictures of the defective merchandise before we arrange to send a replacement or to have the item picked up.

International Shipping:  Due to our current shipping restrictions, we can only ship within the United States.

Coupons and Promotions:  Because our online prices fluctuate often, coupons are not always guaranteed to work.
