Shipping and Ordering
Most items ordered before 12:00 p.m. Pacific time are shipped within one business day from the time the ordered is place from our warehouse in California(*except in the month of December*). Depending on your location, some items may be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse. This is called "drop shipping." If your order was drop shipped, its status may display as "pending" for several days. However, drop shipments will still arrive in a timely manner, since the warehouse of origin is closer to your shipping address. As with other orders, you will receive a tracking number once your drop shipped items have shipped.
Expedited orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific time will ship the following business day.
Shipping times depend on your location. For an estimate on transit time to your specific location, refer to the time in transit map at the bottom of this page.
Most items over $50 ship free via FedEx Ground and will say so on each product page if applicable. Shipping costs do apply to some luggage sets, specials, and discontinued items if product page does not list free shipping. Shipping costs listed are for FedEx Ground to the contiguous U.S. states. AK, HI, VI, PR, and AP, AE, FP, and expedited are extra. Please inquire for rates. If you place your order online, we will send you a follow-up email with shipping cost to these areas for your approval.
In addition to our standard shipping, you may also choose 2-day, 3-day, or overnight shipping (extra charges apply respectively).

Does my package require a signature?
Orders over $100 may require an adult signatory to be present. If your order is less than $100 and there is a safe place to leave your package, the carrier may leave the package if no one is available at time of delivery. This decision is made by your local carrier and LuggageBase cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. We will assist in filing a lost package claim with the carrier.
We accept most major credit cards: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Please note that merchandise will be sent after receipt of money orders or cashier's checks. No refunds will be issued on money orders or cashiers checks. Instead, LuggageBase will issue a store credit so that you may exchange or purchase a different item. Personal checks are not accepted.

Luggage Base will not be responsible for any delays due to Acts of God, labor actions, customs delays or other regulatory actions or similar circumstances. Customer supplied delivery address must be a complete and accurate business or residential street address. Someone must be available at the address designated for delivery on the expected date of delivery. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Christmas Delivery commitment or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
